Modifications

We perform professional e-tuning of the Surron brand. For us, nothing is impossible. We not only increase power and range, but also improve ergonomics and user safety. In addition, we realize that the equipment must also please the eye, so we also replace the original lighting on Hella brand components, and adapt the original KTM fairings for Surrons. We are also open to all kinds of individual customer solutions. Below is the basic "recipe" for modifying a Surron vehicle:

Step 1 - battery

In order to double the range of the Surron, and to give the possibility of obtaining power from the new controller from 8kW and above - the battery should be replaced with a more powerful one. Thus, we already have a "base" established for further power modifications.

Step 2 - Controller

On the original battery, the Light Bee's power can be raised to a maximum of 7.8kW. To take advantage of the full potential of the RIZON battery, you need to choose a controller model. ASI BAC 4000 model - 12 kW max; ASI BAC 8000 model - 18 kW max.

Step 3 - Display

After replacing the controller, the original display does not show the current speed, so we add such a display, which additionally has uploaded various power maps adapted to each terrain. Eggrider - mounted at the handlebars, the possibility of 18 maps; APT 750C - mounted centrally on the steering wheel, possibility of 9 maps.
